This training series, all 7 courses/sessions is geared towards the female Softball Athlete and Team Captains looking to take their metal skills set to the next level.

• Plays in a team setting with high emotional dynamics.

• Needs tools for team communication, fast bounce-back after mistakes, and clutch confidence.
